Outfits inspired by Spring/Summer 2021 designer trends – The Girl At First Avenue | Top Indian Fashion & Lifestyle BlogThe Girl At First Avenue

The year of lockdown proved that I own more clothes than I can justify. Like most of you all, I lived 90% of the year at home and in my pyjamas. So even when I had to buy new clothes, it was only pyjamas because I had worn out all my old ones.

In a bid to start this year differently, I tried to embrace some of the spring/summer trends of 2021 in my own style, basically trying to stay out of pj’s. I always get asked about following trends, and this is exactly what I do. Take bits of what I like and wear it in my own way because almost everything that I own is/has been/will be in trend at some point or the other. The point of these annual trends (for me) is to give me new ideas on how I can mix and match my existing clothes. Not to mindlessly spend on new clothes that’ll get discarded next season.

Slow and sustainable fashion always!

Sorbet pastel shades

Florals for spring is no longer groundbreaking as we have all been taught in Devil wears Prada. But how about soft pastels and yummy sorbet shades? Hell yes!
